Green Energy

At our company, sustainability isn’t just a goal; it’s a way of life. We’re proud to say that our operations are powered entirely by renewable energy sources, with a focus on solar power and pellets. But what exactly are pellets, and how do they contribute to our commitment to green energy?

Pellets are a form of renewable energy made from compressed sawdust in powder form. In our context, they represent a vital component of our green energy initiative. By utilizing pellets alongside solar energy, we’ve created a system that decreases our carbon footprint while maximizing efficiency.

Our solar collectors and boilers work in perfect harmony to harness the power of the sun. Solar collectors capture sunlight and convert it into heat energy, which is then directed to our boilers. These boilers, fueled by pellets, further heat the air needed for our drying process.

The air mixing unit plays a crucial role in ensuring consistent temperatures throughout our drying chambers. Initially, hot air from the collectors enters the unit, reaching temperatures around 228 degrees Fahrenheit (65 degrees Celsius). If temperatures dip below the threshold, our automated system prompts the boilers to engage, maintaining the ideal temperature for our drying process.

This meticulous control over temperature ensures that our products are dried to perfection, typically taking between 8 to 10 hours in avarage depending on the specific product. Once dried, our products undergo packaging before they’re ready to be sold.

By harnessing the power of solar energy and pellets, we’ve not only reduced our environmental impact but also created a more sustainable future for generations to come. At our company, green energy isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a commitment to a healthier planet.
