Laboratories

At our laboratories, we’re dedicated to optimizing efficiency at every stage of the production cycle, from sourcing raw materials to shipping out the final product. Our comprehensive quality control measures encompass a range of analyses, ensuring that every step meets our exacting standards.

One of the key focuses of our laboratory work is moisture analysis. Given the nature of our drying process, monitoring and regulating moisture content is of paramount importance. This analysis begins as soon as raw materials are received and continues throughout the entire production journey, right up to the finished dried product. By conducting periodic moisture analyses, we can ensure that our products meet the desired moisture threshold before proceeding to packaging. This meticulous attention to moisture levels not only ensures product quality but also preserves the nutritional integrity of our offerings.

Our goal is to extend the shelf life of our products while minimizing microbial activity and preserving bioactive compounds. However, we face the challenge of maintaining these compounds, as extended drying periods can lead to their degradation, particularly due to temperature sensitivity. By closely monitoring moisture levels and concluding the drying process at the critical threshold, we aim to maximize the retention of these valuable compounds.

In addition to moisture analysis, our laboratory conducts a range of other quality checks, including ash analysis and color measurements. These assessments, combined with our rigorous moisture monitoring, allow us to uphold the highest standards of quality and consistency in our products. Ultimately, our laboratory capabilities play a crucial role in ensuring that the nutritional benefits of fresh produce are preserved and accessible in our dried products year-round.
