Ekdağ A.Ş. Edges Closer to Facility Launch with KuruGuru Version-2 Air-Dried Drying Cabins

Antalya Metropolitan Municipality’s major subsidiary and operational arm, Ekdağ A.Ş., is pressing ahead with its investment endeavors in the USA alongside distributor Biota Snacks and financial sponsor Granatum Capital firms. This progress stems from The Global Sales, Marketing & Exclusive Supply Agreement inked at the close of 2022.

As part of this agreement, the ongoing construction process for the Fruit-Vegetable Integrated Drying Facility in Antalya’s Korkuteli district, spanning an allocated area of 3,000 square meters is nearing completion, with the commencement of machinery and equipment installation slated for next month.

In adherence to the contract terms, the investment will utilize air-dried technology for the drying infrastructure. We take pride in the fact that the facility, set to be operational within the current year, will be anchored by the Version-2 cabins developed with the patented air-dried technology of KuruGuru, serving as the backbone of the facility.

Prioritizing carbon footprint reduction and energy efficiency, our company ensures expedited moisture removal in the Version-2 Air Drying Cabins, developed through eco-friendly energy channels again. This facilitates faster drying of products loaded onto tray carts, without the risk of burning or roasting, under the same heat and air pressure conditions.
